In colla­bo­rati­on with long-stan­ding Dutch part­ner com­pa­ny Jan Snel, KOMA has sup­plied ano­ther scho­ol to Bel­gi­um, this time to the town of Schaar­be­ek, loca­ted in the Brus­sels region.The scho­ol con­sists of two two-sto­rey buil­dings made from Stan­dar­d­Li­ne modu­les. The ground flo­or of the first buil­ding, con­sis­ting of 28 modu­les, inclu­des a clas­sro­om, restro­om faci­li­ties, and a spa­ci­ous com­mon room, with 4 addi­ti­o­nal clas­sro­oms on the first flo­or. The second buil­ding con­sists of 8 modu­les with a clas­sro­om on the ground flo­or and a sta­ff room on the first flo­or. Eve­ry clas­sro­om is fur­nished with a washba­sin. The scho­ol meets the requi­re­ments of Bel­gi­an stan­dards and RF60 fire resistance.The Jan Snel com­pa­ny added a par­tial woo­den faca­de and poly­car­bo­na­te porch with a woo­den structu­re to the KOMA modules.
