KOMA Rece­i­ves the Com­pa­ny of the Year Award for the Zlín Region

The Com­pa­ny of the Year award has long been con­si­de­red one of the most sig­ni­fi­cant busi­ness com­pe­ti­ti­ons in the coun­t­ry. Its par­ti­ci­pants are eva­lua­ted across fields of busi­ness and across regi­ons, and its eva­luati­ons atta­in maxi­mum objecti­vi­ty. The award for the Zlín regi­on is a gre­at suc­cess for KOMA. The eva­lua­tors appre­ci­a­ted the diver­se use of modu­lar con­structi­ons, ran­ging from McDo­nal­d’s restau­rants, com­pa­ny headquar­ters, nur­se­ry scho­ols, accom­mo­dati­on for refu­ge­es to the Czech nati­o­nal pavi­li­on at this year’s EXPO. KOMA­’s modern manu­factu­ring plant, its inno­va­ti­ve appro­ach and care for its employe­es, for exam­ple by way of a new cafe­te­ria, were also high­ly valu­ed. ​„The com­pa­ny­’s ide­as and tech­no­lo­gy are unique. It is no sur­pri­se that the rapid work and con­structi­on which does not impact on the envi­ron­ment is enjoy­ing suc­cess not only here, but across the world,“ said jury mem­ber Petr Jan­da of Voda­fo­ne Czech Repub­lic in refe­ren­ce to KOMA.
