In Jihlava in the Czech Republic has long suffered from a lack of space for its preschoolers. In 2010 the city council was short of 100 or so school places and therefore they used the KOMA system to build a two-storey kindergarten with four classrooms. The kindergarten was built within three months according to a design by the architect Tomáš Cendelín, who made partial use of wooden facing.The installation of modular kindergarten took 6 weeks.
