In 2013, KOMA sup­plied a two-sto­rey admi­nis­tra­ti­ve buil­ding to the Ger­man com­pa­ny, W&K, a manu­factu­rer of wel­ded com­po­nents. In 2014, the admi­nis­trati­on buil­ding was com­ple­men­ted by a second secti­on: employee faci­li­ties with chan­ging rooms, com­mu­nal are­as, and a com­mon room. WK added a PUR panel faca­de. The faca­de ser­ves two pur­po­ses: it incre­a­ses the ther­mal insu­lati­on pro­per­ties of the buil­ding exte­ri­or whi­le also offe­ring a dif­fe­rent aesthe­tic than the typi­cal con­ta­i­ner look.
