For the Regional Administration and Road Maintenance Centre of the Central Bohemian Region, we delivered a modern administrative building consisting of 10 modules, which offers the road maintenance centre employees a usable area of 180 square metres.
The building includes offices, changing rooms, social facilities, a dispatching room and a day room and is equipped with a heat pump and an ETICS thermal insulation system for maximum economy.
We manufactured the modules within two weeks and the assembly took 21 days in Strnady-Jíloviště.
After successful implementations in Strnady and Slaný, we are now preparing another project in Mšeno, which confirms the functionality and customer satisfaction with the modular solution.
