We are Num­ber One in Modu­la­ri­ty Accor­ding to the 2025 Qua­li­ty Rating

Eve­ry year, we follow the results of the rating of con­structi­on com­pa­nies pub­lished by the Foun­dati­on for the Deve­lo­p­ment of Archi­tectu­re and Con­structi­on Engi­nee­ring in coo­pe­rati­on with the Minis­t­ry of Indust­ry and Tra­de, the Asso­ci­ati­on of Ent­re­pre­ne­u­rs in Con­structi­on, ČKAIT and other part­ners. This year, the ran­king was com­pi­led for the fif­te­en­th time – and we at KOMA have rea­son to cele­bra­te once again.

We took the respectable 42^nd pla­ce among all con­structi­on com­pa­nies in Czechia. And what ple­a­ses us the most – we are ran­ked once aga­in first among com­pa­nies spe­ci­a­li­sing in modu­lar construction.

The rating reflects not only the eco­no­mic results, but also the sta­bi­li­ty, qua­li­ty and pro­fes­si­o­nal level of the com­pa­nies. The rating is com­pi­led by an inde­pen­dent group of experts with dif­fe­rent pro­fes­si­o­nal and con­cep­tu­al appro­a­ches – thanks to this, the ran­king is objecti­ve and comprehensive.

However, this year’s ran­king is spe­cial in one respect, as it is based on data collec­ted over the 15 years of its exis­ten­ce and takes into account dif­fe­rent point of views on the company’s acti­vi­ties. This is ano­ther rea­son why we really appre­ci­a­te such posi­ti­on in this ranking.

For us, it is con­fir­mati­on that modu­lar con­structi­on has a firm pla­ce in the con­structi­on indust­ry – and that it pays to think differently.
