We are Building the Largest Modular Hotel in the Czech Republic

We currently produce over 280 modules for the Letňany Exhibition Centre, from which we will create two brand-new modular buildings at the Prague Exhibition Centre.

The four-floor hotel building will consist of more than 160 modules, thereby entering into the imaginary modular book of records as the largest hotel of its kind in Czechia.

From the remaining approximately 120 modules, we will build an adjacent administrative building, which will also have four floors, while both buildings will be connected by the planned Vizovice Restaurant.

An interesting information is that this is the largest modular building in inland when summing the modules of both buildings.

Thanks to building upwards, the project brings economical use of the land, which is further underlined by additional benefits of modular construction. The investor will appreciate above all the speed of implementation, the earlier use of both buildings, and the resulting faster return on investment, but the variability, flexibility, and environmental friendliness are also noteworthy.

The hotel and office building represent a highly sophisticated solution in terms of quality and aesthetics, supported by numerous advantages of modularity, which the investor can benefit from during implementation and future operation.
