Double Success in the Building of the Year Awards

This year, we achieved success in the prestigious Building of the Year competition with two modular projects recognized in two different regions of the Czech Republic.
While our psychiatric pavilion extension at Ostrov Hospital received the Jury’s Main Award in the Building of the Year – Karlovy Vary Region 2026, our modular primary school Jinotaj in Zlín earned an Honorary Mention in the Building of the Year – Zlín Region 2026.
We are delighted by both achievements. They confirm the long-term direction of our company: creating flexible urban and municipal infrastructure capable of adapting to the rapid changes of today’s dynamic world—efficiently, flexibly, and with respect for the environment.

JURY’S MAIN AWARD
New Psychiatric Pavilion Extension, Ostrov Hospital
Ostrov nad Ohří
The project provides the only facility of its kind in the Karlovy Vary Region, creating a modern healthcare environment that meets the highest standards of contemporary psychiatric care while increasing capacity from 73 to 96 beds. Constructed from 161 modules, the building offers approximately 3,000 m² of usable floor area and incorporates numerous safety features designed to protect patients and staff.

HONORARY MENTION
Jinotaj Modular Elementary School
Zlín
Representing the highest standard of educational facilities, the school combines thoughtful design, passive-energy solutions, and highly functional layouts with a strong emphasis on aesthetics and user comfort. Meeting the most demanding European sustainability standards, the modular school consists of 38 modules and provides approximately 800 m² of usable floor space.
