Barum Con­ti­nen­tal, a lea­ding com­pa­ny in Otro­ko­vi­ce, deci­ded to put up offi­ces com­ple­te with a can­te­en and sani­tati­on faci­li­ties for dri­vers direct­ly on the com­pa­ny grounds. KOMA MODU­LAR won the ten­der main­ly thanks to good refe­ren­ces at the branch. The faca­de of the who­le modu­lar structu­re is built from wool panels pla­ced in modu­le fra­mes; a sta­in­less sani­tati­on faci­li­ty was installed due to the expec­ted hea­vy-duty load. Part of the buil­ding also ser­ves as a buf­fet whe­re employe­es and dri­vers from other com­pa­nies can buy meals and snacks.
