Founded in 1934, Rey Gemüse has built its reputation on producing and supplying premium-quality vegetables that meet the highest industry standards. As the business continued to grow, additional accommodation for seasonal employees became essential. Modular construction offered an ideal solution, enabling the company to expand its facilities quickly while providing comfortable, modern living spaces for its workforce.

The development consists of 14 C-Line modules arranged across two storeys, with seven modules on each level. The layout includes six fully equipped residential units, each created by combining two modules and featuring a private bathroom with toilet. The ground floor also houses a technical room, while the first floor includes a shared laundry and washroom for residents.

To enhance both functionality and durability, the building was completed with a secondary mono-pitched roof and an external access gallery with staircase, providing convenient access to the apartments on the upper floor.

The completed facility has successfully addressed the client's accommodation needs while demonstrating the key advantages of modular construction—rapid delivery, efficient execution, and the flexibility to respond quickly to changing capacity requirements.
