Administration building for company Czech Ports

One major advantage of the KOMA construction system for the Czech port and transportation company MAERSK in Mělnik in the Czech Republic was that the building could be relocated at minimum cost; this building looks like a conventional structure¨with its brick facade. Both buildings are located on the Labe River in a flood zone. If there is a risk that waves could rise above the first floor, the building can be rapidly disassembled and transferred to safety.
