Due to the requirements of a grant-funded project and the extremely tight delivery schedule, modular construction proved to be the ideal solution. While foundation works were being carried out on site, the production and interior fit-out of the individual modules were taking place simultaneously at our manufacturing facility in Vizovice.

Within the five-week on-site construction period, the building was also fitted with an insulated secondary roof system and an additional rendered façade. The technical specification includes a heat pump, photovoltaic panels, a mechanical ventilation system, and underfloor heating, ensuring a high level of energy efficiency and user comfort.

The building’s quality is further enhanced by our in-house manufactured aluminium windows and doors, which offer outstanding durability, excellent thermal performance, a contemporary appearance, and a low environmental footprint.

The interior has been designed to provide a welcoming and functional environment for both children and staff. The facility includes an entrance area, cloakrooms, staff facilities, children's changing areas, sanitary and washing facilities, storage space for sleeping mats, a food serving area, and a spacious activity and rest room.

Projects with such demanding schedules always present a significant challenge. The key to success lies in the precise coordination of all construction and installation activities. The result is a high-quality educational and childcare facility delivered on time, serving as an inspiring example for municipalities facing shortages in early childhood care capacity.

Thanks to modular construction, the municipality of Nivnice gained a modern, energy-efficient, and architecturally attractive early childhood education and care centre within a remarkably short period of time—fully meeting the requirements of contemporary childcare and pre-school education.
