A partnership approach, mutual respect and regard, and, most importantly, the troublefree harmonization of family and parental professional life is just such an approach promoted by DS MORAVA a.s. for employee parents. Newly established in May 2017, the Children’s Group called Happy Šanov has a capacity of 10 children and is located at the local retirement home.
This Children’s Group was established with the help of European Social Funds and its aim is to enhance child welfare services at the workplace so to improve employment conditions for women and men with children. The modular structure is ideal for these kinds of buildings.
