Modular Holiday Houses in the Merkur Camp

For the Merkur Camp, located in the charming countryside of southern Moravia, we delivered 11 modular houses that provide visitors with comfortable accommodation.

Classification:Residential projects / Camps
Year of implementation:2023
Client:Pasohlávská rekreační
Country of implementation:Czech Republic
Technical Specifications: Number of modules: 22
Area: 783 m2
Product series: StandardLine
Sales model:Sale

The modular houses are located in Pasohlávky, in a quiet area near the Small Lagoon. They are two-bed villas with the possibility of an extra bed in the form of a pull-out couch with two additional beds. The houses have a separate entrance and car parking possibility.

Each house consists of two modules and the usable area is 35.6 m². As a matter of course, there is a separate toilet, shower, and kitchenette. From the fully equipped interior, which also includes a TV and air conditioning, you can step out onto the roofed terrace, which offers a view of the surrounding green space.

The modular houses fit in perfectly into the surrounding landscape thanks to the secondary Thermowood façade made of burnt pine wood. In this case, a solution without paint coating was chosen, where the cladding takes on the patina of old wood with a grey shade over time.

We managed to assemble all 11 modular houses within 4 weeks, which was appreciated not only by the investor, but also by the visitors, as the return on investment was faster and the modern accommodation facilities could be used early.
